As water playing vital role on our body, here I’m gonna revealed some tips about when and how much you need to take water to get maximum positive impact on your health and your headquarter brain.


What to drink and how much;


> Step away from sugary water like soft drinks and take normal water, so that you would be kept away taking extra calorie, because soft drinks carrying huge amounts of sugar so u know why should take this away from your life if you wanna be slim and healthier.
> Keep a bottle of fresh water at your office desk, reading table also in playground to take frequently after a while.


> Listen your body, when it wants you must take your fresh bottle of natural and remember don’t try keeping your thirsty longer.


> Take your bottle that looks nice and beautiful also can keep a nice looking glass with you it might feels you take water frequently.


> Taking water before every meal will help not taking food in huge quantity, should take water middle and after of your meal.


> Count how much taking water today and try to increase day by day, although normally 7 liters water will be okay for human being (as normal person).


> Take water (minimum 1 glass) before taking any other food or tea in morning, though two glasses would be better.


> Take one/two glasses of water after one/two hours of lunch then take water again before one/two hours of dinner and again should take minimum one glass before one hour of sleeping.


> If don’t like taking only water then can mix lemon in your glass.


> Take greater quantity of water-rich fruits, like watermelon, Pineapple, orange etc.


> Take fresh fruits juice and keep away sugar-rich, salt-rich foods.


> When you stay in hot environment, high intensity exercise, been playing longer time then you must take electrolyte added water or sports water, though can take normal water if you don’t have any of them.


> Air heater and air cooler absorbing water from your body, so you must increase taking water if you stay longer in such environment.
